Privacy Notice

What we collect: account details, organization profile, documents you upload for verification, Data Room files you choose to add, posts and messages, consent records, and security logs (IP, device, timestamps).

Why: to create and secure your account, review your registration, and, only if you opt in, show your profile to members and use it for recommendations.

Your choices: optional purposes are off by default and can be changed in the Privacy Centre. You can export your data, request correction or deletion, and contact the Grievance Officer. Some records (such as audit logs) may be retained where law requires.

Sharing: we do not sell personal data. Service providers (hosting, email delivery) process data on our instructions.
