Role description
About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Animator to join our team and bring ideas to life through compelling visual storytelling. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of motion, timing, and design principles, and be comfortable working across 2D and/or 3D animation formats depending on project needs. Key Responsibilities Design and create animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for marketing, product, social media, or internal communication content Collaborate with the creative/design and marketing teams to conceptualize storyboards and visual narratives Develop character animations, explainer videos, and promotional content as required Edit and enhance video content with animated elements, transitions, and effects Ensure consistency in style, branding, and quality across all animated deliverables Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Stay updated with the latest animation trends, tools, and techniques Work closely with copywriters, designers, and other stakeholders to align animation with brand voice and objectives
What we're looking for
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Animation, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field
- 1–4 years of professional experience in animation (adjust based on seniority needed)
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Experience with 3D animation tools (Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D) is a plus
- Strong understanding of animation principles: timing, spacing, weight, and motion
- Good storytelling and visual composition skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating relevant animation work

- Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly
- Good time management skills to handle multiple deliverables
