Terms of Use

Effective date: 16 October 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of miryalan.com and all sites, portals and dashboards operated under it, including every Miryalan Dynasty division (Avinya, Indrajala, Prakrithi, Pranika, SiriX, Myriad, MeghVahan, Mertis) (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Miryalan Dynasty Pvt. Ltd. ("Miryalan", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

The Platform's registration, login and dashboard features are intended for use by individuals aged 18 or older, acting either in their personal capacity or as an authorised representative of a business, investor or other entity. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Accounts & Registration

Certain areas of the Platform (Myriad buyer/seller, SiriX investor/company, Mertis, employee/vendor/client/investor/admin dashboards) require registration, and in some cases KYC verification (GSTIN/PAN/entity ID, identity documents, and OTP confirmation). You agree to:

  • Provide true, current and complete information, including any KYC or business documentation requested.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate an account where information provided is false, incomplete, or where KYC verification cannot be completed.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or data on the Platform.
  • Upload false, misleading or fraudulent KYC, financial or product information.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
  • Reproduce, copy, or exploit any portion of the Platform without our written permission.

5. Divisions & Third-Party Links

The Platform links to, or hosts, content for multiple Miryalan Dynasty divisions and, in limited cases, external partner sites (e.g., MARC, PMIT). Each division may have its own supplementary terms specific to its services (e.g., Myriad marketplace listings, SiriX investment information); where they apply, those supplementary terms are provided on the relevant division's site and operate alongside these Terms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external, third-party websites linked from the Platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, product renders, 3D animations and software — is owned by or licensed to Miryalan Dynasty Pvt. Ltd. and its divisions, and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not use, reproduce or distribute this content without our prior written consent, except as necessary to use the Platform for its intended purpose.

7. No Warranty

The Platform, and information published on it (including product listings, financials, and division content), is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Miryalan Dynasty Pvt. Ltd., its divisions, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Miryalan Dynasty Pvt. Ltd. and its divisions harmless from any claims, losses or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or the information you submit through it (including KYC or business information).

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, the Platform, or third parties.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over Telangana, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
