The long view

A 30-year horizon

By 2055, the ambition is a model that has reached a meaningful number of children across India. That is a 30-year bet, not a promise for next year — and we'll be judged fairly on the distance between the two.

2026

Foundation Year

Digital infrastructure, operating frameworks, and government approvals. Chennai + Suryapet pilots launch, up to 70 children.

2027

Early Expansion

Target of 1,000+ children supported as systems and frameworks scale beyond the pilot homes.

2030

National Campus

Mukundapuram HQ campus reaches a targeted capacity of 3,000 children in residence.

2045

Transform Lives

Roadmap goal: sustained multi-state impact through the full Miryalan ecosystem.

2055

A Legacy for Generations

Long-term vision: 100 million lives touched through the Pranika model and its partners.

Why 2055

A generation, not a quarter

Child development doesn't compress into a fundraising cycle. A child who enters our care at five in 2026 turns thirty-four in 2055. That's the timeline we're actually planning against — not a marketing horizon.

Long-term ambition

100 million lives, eventually

This is a directional target for 2055, not a number we expect to move toward linearly. We'll publish year-by-year progress — including the years it stalls.

How we'll hold ourselves accountable

What we'll report against this roadmap

Annually

Children supported, homes operating, and budget spent vs. planned — published on the Transparency page.

Every 5 years

A full review against the roadmap milestones shown above, including course corrections.

Always

No stat published here will claim a status ("delivered", "operational") we haven't actually reached.
